She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Palmertree and Hattie Palmertree; her husband Joseph Harold Hornback; and her siblings, Paul Palmertree Jr. and Mary Hunter.
She is survived by: her sons, Dustin, Brandon and Baja; her sisters, Beverly Hood (James) of Norman and Jody Caudell of Duncan; her children, Dave Hornback of San Diego, Lisa Wright (Clayton) of Norman, John Hornback of Oklahoma City and Tom Hornback (Veronica Silva) of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Dustin, Brandon Hornback of San Diego, Curt, Matthew Hornback of Norman, Brandi Snodgrass (Brandon), Cody Wright (Ashley) of Oklahoma City and Chad Wright (Alyxandria) of Twentynine Palms, CA.; and her great grandchildren, Collins Hornback, Beau Jackson, Rusty Snodgrass, McKenna Wright, Carter Reamy, Jace and Jesse Wright. She is also survived by many friends of her kids that considered her a second mom.
