He was predeceased by: his wife Angela. He is survived by: his parents, William Hughes and Betty Mays; his siblings, David, Gayle, Stacey and Timmy; his children, Tim Hughes (Amanda), David Hughes (Taylor), Sheree Sandoval, Clarissa Hughes, Michael Smith (Sally Simpson), Jason Costa (Nicole) and Ricky Bates (Cristina); and his grandchildren, Sierra, Seanna, Justin, Austin, Jaylee, Easton, Enola, Khianna, Gabriel of Aiden, JJ, Sophie, Aryia, Natalie, Emilie, Rylie and Ricky Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
