He was predeceased by: his parents, N. B. Sparks and Lola Sparks (Skaggs); his wife Shirley Sparks; and his siblings, Allen Sparks, Raymond Sparks, Maxine Russell, Macel Ramsey, Loraine Dotson, Jerry Sparks and Jack Sparks.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Case, Ann Helmkamp of Columbia City, IN, Rhonda Sparks and Nicole Fetters; his sister Peg Loyd of St. Albans, WV; and his grandchildren, Andrew Case, Katie Case, Bryson Fetters and Ayla Fetters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions go the Elara Caring Hospice Foundation of Oklahoma or the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
