He is survived by: his wife Carrie McConnell-LeVern; his sons, Kevin LeVern and Derek Mason (Amanda Mason); his grandsons, Brennen Mason and Caden Mason; his brother Jerry LeVern; his in-laws, Jerry and Carrol McConnell; his brother-in-law Mark McConnell (Susan McConnell); his cousins, Victoria Dunlap (Chuck Dunlap), Suzanne Strong and Randy Robinson; and his nieces and nephews, Brian LeVern, Laura Henderson, Miles McConnell, Lindsay McGregor and Jeremy McConnell.
