He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth McPhail and Treva Jo McPhail. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin, Misti McPhail of Melissa, TX, Keith, Christy McPhail of Bartlesville, OK, Kent Jones of Houston, TX and Robin (Dan Bruno). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
