It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Jo Miller of Norman, Oklahoma, born in Pecos, Texas, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl Jerome and Loretta Ann Heald; and her sister Kathy Hudachko. She is survived by: her husband David Miller; her daughter Angela Blumstein (Raleigh); her grandchildren, Averie and Grady Blumstein; her siblings, Marilyn Trollinger, Jean St. Clair (Randy), Jerry Heald (Connie), Mike Heald (Susan) and Pat Elam (Bruce); and her brother-in-law Joe Hudachko. She is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews; and many great nieces and nephews.
