She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Levi Combs and Naomi Ruth Combs (Phillips); and her sisters, Betty Cossey and Roberta Elmore. She is survived by: her husband Bill Garner; her children, Julie Simeroth (Jason) of Yukon, Brad Garner of Moore and Bryan Garner (Allison) of Oshkosh, WI; her siblings, Sheri Meeks (Randal) of Lexington, Don Combs (Sharon) of Lexington and Jim Combs (Mitzi) of Lexington; and her grandchildren, River Garner, Skyler Garner of Norman, Summer Simeroth (Kevin Ray), Dawson Simeroth of Vance, AFB, Enid and Boden Garner (Piper Garner) of Tucson, AZ.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Lexington First Baptist Church (900 E Broadway St, Lexington, OK 73051).
