He is survived by: his children, Dr. Summer Rose Heatly (Chad Kerrigan) of Oklahoma City, OK, Adam Courtney (Stephanie) of Norman, OK and Samantha McAfee (Kyle) of Catoosa, OK; his siblings, Karen Lane of Rocklin, CA and Matt Courtney (Kathy) of Roosevelt, OK; and his grandchildren, Pearl, Wyman, Evelyn and Emersyn.
