He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter P. Marsh and Mildred Marsh; and his siblings, Mary Cornelsen (Edsel), Martha Marsh (Marty), Walter P., Jr. Marsh (Mariella) and Josephus Marsh (Joe).

He is survived by : his wife Shirley Marsh; his children, Lezlie Marsh, Sam Marsh, Lisa Marsh and Amy Fleming (Brian); his grandchildren, Lane Tinsley (Mike), Parker Pilkington (Morris), Carly Donnell (Michael), Riley Fleming, Peyton Fleming and Reed Fleming; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Grace Tinsley, Dillon, Owen, Olivia and Cade Donnell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A reception will be held on Friday, July 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Legends Restaurant (1313 W Lindsey St, Norman, OK 73069).
