Though Jodi Lynn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jodi Lynn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee A. Minnis III and Janice I. Minnis (Harris). She is survived by: her husband Matt Spain; her children, Megan (Ethan Emshoff) and Nathan Spain (Matt Spain); her sister Kristin (Mike Sweetman); her nephew Michael; and her nieces, Sophie and Lydia.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Horigan Chapel at Mount Olivet Cemetery-St Joseph (2600 Lovers Ln, St Joseph, MO 64506). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at 1612 Commercial St, St Joseph, MO 64503.
