She is survived by: her son Josh Jernigan of Moore, Oklahoma; her brothers, Charles "Chuck" Jernigan (Barbara) of Edmond and John Jernigan (Marsha) of San Antonio, Texas; her close friend Teresa Cleveland of Moore; and her friend Amanda Ratliff. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
