He was predeceased by: his parents, Dempsey Jordan Taylor and Maggie Esther Taylor (Stidham); his grandfather Brandon; his son Gary Don Taylor; and his siblings, Roy Taylor, C. L. Taylor, Gracie Thronesberry and Dorothy Wakley.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Debra Kohls; his son-in-law Robert of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his brothers, Bill Taylor of Chandler, Ira Taylor of Shawnee and Jerry Taylor of Chandler; his grandson Brandon Reyes; and his great grandchildren, Micah Wright and Madelyn Reyes.
