He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Mark Hudson (Hiroko Maekawa), Elizabeth Fry (Michael Fry), Kim Frakes (Scott), Haley Sherrard (Ben) and Meredith DeMerchant (Dan); his grandchildren, Jonathan Fry (Mia), Madeline Schultz (Michael), Andrew Fry, William Fry (Michaela), Abby, Gavin Frakes, Blake, Cohen, Price Sherrard, Olivia, Graham, Jack and Cooper DeMerchant; his great grandchild Theodore Schultz; his nieces, Carolyn Acuff and Nancy Clayton (Ray); and his caregivers, Pam Levy and Marissa Reed.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
