Though Clifton may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Clifton touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Stone and Ruth Stone (Combe); and his siblings, Steven Ray Stone and Bobbie Ruth Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Stone (Albright); his children, Clif Stone III of Albuquerque, NM and Dana Stone (Dan Posten) of Norman; his sister Kattie Taylor (Richard) of Norman; and his pets, George and Peanut. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws.
After a short courtship the two were wed at the Wesly Foundation in Norman, on September 21, 1968.
