He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ring-Penner; his siblings, Chris Penner of Farmington, NM, Forrest Penner of Wanette, OK and Raina Penner of Lexington, OK.; and his children, Jenifer Fulton (Travis) of Rosedale, OK, Shallon LaFleur (Josh) of Ada, OK, Starlin Dodson (Gary) of Moore, OK, Shamra Williams of Lexington, OK, Aaron Penner of Noble, OK and Summer Penner of Purcell, OK.. He is also survived by 20 grandkids, and 10 great grandkids- and several dogs.
