He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jean, John, Ellis, Pall, Terry Ruder, Justin Ong, Joe Ruder, Dalton Vedder, Jared Ong and Brian Peeters.
He is survived by: his husbands, John of Sutton and Terry of Edmond; and also, Chuck Ong (Nancy) of College Station, Megan Edgar (Chuck) of Grand Junction, Colleen Peeters (Brian) of Atlanta and Nicki Kennedy (Gerald) of Charlotte.
Cynthia Ruder and husband Terry of Edmond, Chuck Ong and wife Nancy of College Station, Texas, Megan Edgar and husband Chuck of Grand Junction, Colorado, Colleen Peeters and husband Brian of Atlanta, Georgia, and Nicki Kennedy and husband Gerald of Charlotte, North Carolina.Twenty grandchildren , thirty-one great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.Charles is preceded in death by his parents, three siblings, Jean, John and Ellis.Pall bearers will be Terry Ruder, Justin Ong, Joe Ruder, Dalton Vedder, Jared Ong, and Brian Peeters.In Lieu of flowers, the family would like to designate the Disabled American Veterans of Oklahoma .
