She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marvin and Velma Louise Braudaway (Urshery); her son Jim "Catfish" Attaway; her siblings, James Braudaway and Francis Braudaway; her nephew Axel Mozingo; and her sister-in-law Sheri Braudaway.
She is survived by: her children, Velma Blackstone (Jim) of Sulphur, Jennifer Sainz (Rodrigo) of Gainesville, TX and Chris Attaway (Kacie) of Sanger, TX; and her siblings, Kathryn Swartz (Robert) of Sulphur and Harmon Braudaway of Sulphur. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
