She is survived by: her husband David; her daughter Calista May Heard (Brian) of Jones, OK; her grandchildren, Kaylena, Jospeh, Brynn, Elias, Astrid and Anders Culpepper; her daughter Destiny Maynard of Noman, OK; her mother Dorothy Dees; her brother Jerry Dees (Susan) of San Ramon, CA.; and her friends, Cindy, Shelley and Cal.
In lieu of flowers, Arlene invites you to donate at least an hour of your time (about the length of a funeral) to do some form of community service that you are not already involved in.
