He was predeceased by: his father Roy Bert Stout; and his siblings, Evelyn Stout, Orville Gholston and Clarris Gholston. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Byron Stout (Kim) of Little Silver, NJ and Amy Laizure of Norman; his grandchildren, Thomas Stout, Kendall Stout of Little Silver, NJ, Huck Laizure and Rhett Laizure of Norman; his stepson Ronnie Littlecreek of Norman; and his stepgrandson Dylan Jones of Noble.
