He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Tadlock and Jeanette Kolterman Tadlock. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Harper Tadlock; his children, Jeffery Blake Milvo (Rose) and Allyson Marie Milvo; his grandchildren, Christopher Milvo, Isaiah Milvo, Morgan Milvo and Vyktoria; and his siblings, Janice Tadlock Papandrea (John Papandrea) of Fort Myers, Florida, Jerry Tadlock (Julie Tadlock) of Oklahoma City and Jay Don Tadlock (Jill Tadlock) of Norman. He is also survived by 33 nieces & nephews.
