We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2021, at the age of 75, Ruth McNeil of Noble, Oklahoma, born in Enid, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Hugh and Evangeline Fern McNeil; her niece Jennifer Ballard; her nephews, Steven Eakins and Phillip Moyers; her siblings, Sharon Ballard of Norman, Oklahoma, Charles McNeil (Cheryl) of Derby, Kansas and Kimberly Moyers (Anthony) of Ruckersville, Virginia; and her nieces and nephews, Rodney Varney, Jason McNeil, Jonathan McNeil, Christina Glennen and Amy Lambert.
