He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin G. Ballard and Florence Ballard (Meadors). He is survived by: his children, Lanita (Bruce Laffery) of Clay Center, KS. and Jeff (Tamra Ballard) of Noble, OK. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great-grandchildren.
