She was predeceased by: her stepfather Billy Hartless; her daughter Toni Starkey; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Jean Reid. She is survived by: her husband Michael Starkey; her parents, Robert Mullican and Judy Mullican; her daughters, Amber Martinez, Ashley Oliver (Martinez), Heather Starkey and Stevie Starkey; her brother Bobby Mullican; her grandchildren, Jessica Starkey and Nichole Martinez; and her fathers-in-law, Anita and David Starkey (Cam-Sa). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
