He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Slate; his children, Debbie Slate, Billy Slate and Mike Slate; and his siblings, Ken Slate, Sr. and Virginia Roberts. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild, along with other relatives and friends.
