She was predeceased by: her parents, Jodie Waugh and Ethel Waugh; her husband Raymond; her daughter Janice Carole; and her siblings, Mildren Kendrix, Robert and Jodie Waugh.
She is survived by: her children, Don (Kathy), Phillip (Shirley), Sharon (Clark) and Phyllis (Al); and her grandchildren, Brent Boykin, Amanda Butler, Holly Long, Clint Rayburn, Allissun Carrington-Smith and Aspen Corrado. She is also survived by wife and mother caring for her husband and four children.
