He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Wallace Worley and Phyllis Ann Worley (French); his grandparents, Bernice, Chickie Cargal, Lorren Cole and Paul Worley; his brother Bobby Pittman; and his granddaughter Michelle Mullins.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Worley (Kegan Warrington) of Healdton; his sister Amy Jester (Michael) of Madill; his cousins, Jodie Peirson of Ardmore and James French of Ardmore; his grandchildren, Junior Mullins and Kenzlie Warrington of Healdton; and his cousin Krystal Garrett of Madill. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with service expenses.
