He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hayes Perry and Bessie I. Perry (Burns); his wife Evelyn Hodam of Virginia; his siblings, Joe Perry, Marilyn Perry and Linda Thurston (Buster Thurston); and his brother-in-law Stan Deason.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Perry of Noble, Cindy Hornbuckle (Billy) of Noble and Cathy Schoenbaum (Ben) of Norman; his siblings, Theda Deason of Purcell, Carolyn Kennedy (Charles) of Washington, Marie Thompson (Burl) of Lexington, Julie O'Neal of Lampasas, Janet O'Connor (Dennis) of Lampasas, Texas, Bo Perry (Debbie) of Purcell and Pat Perry (Mary Lou) of Lexington; his sister-in-law Barbara Perry of Purcell; his aunt Julie Wyatt (Ken); and his grandchildren, Vanessa 'Nessa Perry, Devin 'Hot Shot Byars, Bailey 'Cranky Butt Hornbuckle, Raelyn 'Chubby Hornbuckle, Nathan 'Nate Schoenbaum and Kaitlyn 'Squeaky Schoenbaum.
