He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Douglas Fowler Jr. and Judith Taber0 (Austin); his grandparents, L. B., Lorene Austin, Floyd and Dorothy Fowler; his uncle Donnie Fowler; his great-grandparent Beulah Turner; and his cousin Terry McCullough.
He is survived by: his children, Rasha Bradshaw of Norman, Alex Barela of Norman, CHarley Dyer of Norman, Karie Allen (Sean) of Norman, OK and Kathryn Smith of Bethany, OK; his grandchildren, Anthoni, Masin, Haydin, Savin, Charmin Barela, Grace Adam Martin and Paisley Smith; his siblings, Cindy Watson of Grove, OK, Steven Fowler of Tulsa, OK, Christine Poinsett (Jim) of Mcloud, OK, Carlton Scott of Shawnee, OK, Ronald Scott (Charmaine) of Eufaula, OK and Thomas Scott (Catrina) of Seminole, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Barela of Las Vegas, NM and Christine Barela of Las Vegas, NM. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
