She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henderson and Mildred Henderson; her husband Elmer W. Stephens; and her brothers, Roger and Jesse Henderson.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Amber West, Tosha Fennell, Justin "Bo" Dewitt and Bailey Stephens. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
