She was predeceased by: her parents, William Salem (Bill) and Marie Salem; her in-laws, Travis and Lorene Mitchell; her brothers, Charles, Emmet and Orville Salem; her brother-in-law Ross Mitchell; and her sisters, Wanita (Chuck Smith), Mary (Bob Fancher) and Lorene (Vincent Fitzgerald).
She is survived by: her husband Forrest Mitchell of Noble, OK; her son Travis (Rachel Mitchell) of Noble; and her grandchildren, Jentrey June, Theodore William and Ralynne Kay Mitchell of Noble. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
