She was predeceased by: her father Walter Bruemmer; her husband Ralph Bennett; her son Steven Bennett; and her grandson Kennith Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Denice Gatewood (Otis), Caralyn Bullock and Lila Murphree (Robert). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
