He was predeceased by: his parents, W. B. Meacham and Flora Meacham; his wife Dolores; and his brother Ronald Meacham. He is survived by: his children, Marci Meacham Cline (Bill) of Bridgeport, TX and Mark Meacham; his grandchildren, Caleb Cline, Mason Cline (Sarah Beth), Courtney Terrell (Jaxon) and MaKayla Cline; his great grandchild Camryn Adele Terrell; and his nieces, Kym Meacham Thurman and Karla Meacham Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Bible Baptist Church at 226 S 29th Street, Chickasha, OK 73018 to be used for scholarships for children's trips to Bible Camp.
