He is survived by: his children, Tara Fulton, Roy Lee Fulton, Jr., Jason Robert Fulton, Douglas Fulton, Jonathan Fulton, Zachary Fulton and Joshua Moore. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
