She was predeceased by: her parent Sidney Gail Cox Sr.; her former husband Roy Alvin Miller, Sr.; her spouse Willie Joe Sain; her daughters, Donna Brucille Cunningham and Jackie Sue Miller; and her siblings, Gail Cox, Clyde Cox, Jr., Olena Allison and Leona Qualls.
She is survived by: her children, Roy Alvin Miller (LeeAnn) of Marlow, Glenda Duncan of Marlow and Billie Lawson (Ben) of Ninnekah; and her brothers, Calvin Cox of Pidcote, TX and Truman Cox of Marlow. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
