He is survived by: his children, Cindy and Daniel; his wife Georgia Johnson of Ninnekah, Oklahoma; and his children, Cindi Van Dyke (Richard) of Grove, Oklahoma, Laura Morris (Todd) of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, Matthew Johnson (Dianna) of Cement, Oklahoma and Dan Johnson (Kathy) of Bridge Creek, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
