He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Whitlow; his parents, John Whitlow and Myrle Whitlow; and his children-in-law, Donna Whitlow and Charles R. Fowler Jr..
He is survived by: his stepchildren, John Edward Whitlow of Stanton, Mickey Eugene Whitlow of Chickasha and Anita Marie Fowler of Ninnekah, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
