He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Fullbright; his children, Tracy Nelson (Kelly) and Timothy Fullbright (Yukari); his grandchildren, Devin Johnson, Keirsten Cargill and Elysia Kyan; his great grandchildren, Savannah Fleming and Jasper Fleming; and his sister Virginia Meek.
