She was predeceased by: her parents, William Novy and Bessie Novy (Dickenson); her husband Clyde Shubert; her sister Mary Wright; her half-sister Mildred Nigh; and her brothers, Charles Samuel Novy and Virgil Ray Novy.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Dewayne Shubert (Shatisha) and Amanda Brunner (Daniel); her sister Willie Mae Nichols; her half-sister Billie Jean Shore; and her brother-in-law Larry Shubert. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and other extended family and friends.
