She is survived by: her husband William Benny Higgins; and her children, William "Bill" Benny Higgins, Jr. (Marcia) of Oregon, Donald Allen "Ike" Higgins of California, Rhonda Moore of Ninnekah, Euvela Higgins of Chickasha and Patricia Higgins of Chickasha. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; and many other extended family and friends.
