He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David York and Louise York; his wife Nancy York; his sons, Jimmy York, Michael York, Rob Veirs, Ryan Veirs and Nathan Veirs; and his brothers, Danny, Jim, Sam and Steve York. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.
