He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cecil, Shirley Sparks, Virginia and Jim Snodgrass; his uncles, John Mills and Ronald Sparks; and his cousin Sean Freeman.
He is survived by: his parents, Jim Mills and Dawn Mills of Newkirk; his wife Kristy; his daughters, Trinity and Shaylyn; his brother Dustin (Sydney Mills) of Newkirk; and his nieces and nephews, Kiley Mills, Braylie Williams, Kaylen Mills, Kaenon Williams, Ezra McHaffe and Colton Mills.
