He is survived by: his uncle Jim; his cousins, Ron Barth, Lester Vandel and Paul Gardner; his wife Deborah Inez Horinek; his son Tony Lee Gardner (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Austin Chase, Raylee Jai, Kambree Rain, Laikyn Nykole and Haven Lee; his sisters, Wylene Herrington (Gardner) of Lee's Summit, MO, Marvelle (Gardner-Gibson) of Lee's Summit, MO and Plym (Doug) of Lee's Summit, MO; his aunts and uncles, Everette Gardner of Wyandotte, OK, Maurice Barth (Jan) of Branson, MO, Doris Geeding (Gardner) of Nowata, OK, Lois Manchester (Gardner) of Oklahoma City and Penny Gardner (Crawford) of Yelm, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Horinek (Casey) of Marland, OK, Doug Horinek (Brenda) of Cleveland, OK, Randy Horinek of Krum, TX, Connie Engle (Horinek) of Del City, OK, Pam Shire (Horinek) of Lamont, OK, Angela Mefford (Horinek) of Ponca City, OK, Crista Greer (Ronnie) of Newkirk, OK, Tina (Horinek) of Newkirk, OK and Eckert (Dusty) of Newkirk, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, many cousins, and lots and lots of friends.
