He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Wolf and Viola Wolf (Meier). He is survived by: his former wife Marva Jo Perez; his wife Jody; his daughters, Gwen (Bob Scott) and Gay (Bill Wetzel); his granddaughters, Laci Jo (Cody), Allison (Curtis), Amber Don (Connor) and Shalee (Haskell); and his caregivers, Tammie, Sandy and Dr. Holden. He is also survived by family members and dear friends.
