She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Dow Phillips and Anne Phillips (Buster); her husband Stan (Larry Engle); and her siblings, Philip Ed Phillips, Owen Phillips and Judy Kay Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Deron Galbreath (Sheila), Julie Gregory (Phillip) and Anthony Clayton Galbreath; her stepson Darren Sims; her grandchildren, Danielle Warren (Aaron), Megan Elston (Jordan), Mitchell Gregory (Dedra), Stanley Galbreath, Madison Galbreath, Lorelei Lockner (Amber) and Emilie Hunter (Nathan); her great grandchildren, Jordyn, Jaxton, Sydney, Nora, Ella, Emma, Cooper, Olivia, Cadence, Jaedyn, Cylis, Adleigh, Everlea, Ezmae, Ayvien, Jax, Madeline and Ember; her siblings, Becky Harader (Ken), John Phillips (Shawna) and Dennis Phillips (Karen); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Phillips and Roxanne Moorman (Phil).
Memorial contributions for Beth may be made to the Arkansas City Recreation Center for Youth Program Scholarships. Donations may be left in the care of the Shelley Family Funeral Home of Arkansas City.
