He was predeceased by: his parents, Cozy Haynes and Frances Marie Haynes (Lambert); his son Michael Wayne Haynes; and his brother Sherwood "Buddy" Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Haynes of Newcastle; his children, Andy Ray Haynes of Bridge Creek and Ilisa Allen (Scott) of Cogar; his grandchildren, Kayla Cornett of Yukon, Justin Cornett of Henryetta and Mika Allen of Cogar; and his brother Andy Heath of Georgia.
