He is survived by: his wife Pam Clay; his children, Ricky Tipps (Heather) of Moore, OK, Ashley Davis (Tyler) of Newcastle, OK, Tonja Chambers of Keller, TX and Kevin Clay of Moore; and his siblings, Benny Clay of Newcastle, Gale Clay (Brenda), Roger Clay (Tracey) of Houston and Rose Ann Richardson (Tim) of Tyler, TX.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
