She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Leonard Melton and Ollie Mae Rogers (Hightower); her significant other Jerry Wright; her sister Wanda Kent; and her sons-in-law, Brad Lanham and Mike Sanders.
She is survived by: her daughters, Leslie Lanham of Bridge Creek, Jennifer Winkleman (Stephen) of Bridge Creek and Brenda Sanders of Newcastle; her grandchildren, Levi Lanham (Victoria) of Blanchard, Dusty Lanham (Ashlee) of Bridge Creek, Jerrico Winkleman of Kiefer, Stefani Durbin (Austin) of Blanchard and Mathew Winkleman of Yukon; her great grandchildren, Mason, Weston, Eilee, Lakelynn, Bryor, Hestyn and Waverly; and her sister Jean Mendoza (Richard) of Scurry, Texas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Newcastle Free Will Baptist Church (3133 NW 24th St, Newcastle, OK 73065).
