She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Ervin Perkins and Edna Perkins; and her siblings, Jerry, Eddie, Marvin, Junior, Jack, Tommy Perkins, Velva Kaye Perkins and Carolyn King.

She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Baker (Andra) of Bridge Creek and Blake Baker (Courtney) of Ninnekah; her grandchildren, Addison, Amelia, Ryan and Kyler; and her siblings, Donna Boggs of Moore, Timmy Perkins of Norman, Earl Wayne Perkins (Cathy) of Newcastle, Byrne Alan Perkins (Cheryl) of Alabama and Janet King (Paul) of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
