He was predeceased by : his father Dennis Privett; and his stepfather Cleo Jarvis. He is survived by : his mother Sue Jarvis (Wilson); his wife Brandi; his children, Tyler Privett, Dillon Eaves (Kortney), Makenzi Privett and Bayli Privett; his grandchildren, Jax, Noah, Easton and Gracie; his brother Robert Privett (Jill); his nieces, Josey Privett and Samantha Brentlinger (A. J.); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlie and Tommy.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Woodland Hills Baptist Church (313 Oklahoma 76, Newcastle, OK 73065). A burial was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 at the Fairview Cemetery.
