She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwon Lell Cyphers and Annie Augusta Cyphers (Waldrop); and her husband Joseph T. Frizzell. She is survived by: her sons, James T. Frizzell of Newcastle and John E. Frizzell (Cindy) of Newcastle; and her grandchildren, Rhonda Emberlin (Wes) of Newcastle, Rodney Frizzell (Tammy) of Newcastle, Richard Frizzell of Newcastle and Scott Frizzell of Newcastle. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter; numerous nieces and nephews.
